5. Introduction to Vedic Samskāra - Concepts of Vedic Samskāra (Samskāra Prakaraṇam). This is the fourth session of Vedic learning (Introduction Session). In this session, we tried to provide a bird eye view of Core Vedic Samskāra Concepts. The Key concepts which we covered are - Dharma Shastra, Samskārās (16 Samskāras - Garbhadāna, Pumsavana, Simantonaya, Jātakarma, Nāmakaraṇa, Nishkramaṇa, Annaprasana, Karnavedha, Chudākaraṇa, Upanayana, Samavarthana, Vivāha, Vānaprasta, Sanyāsa, Antyeshti), Dharma, karma, Yajña and some associated topics. As the Concepts are very complex and vast in nature, we tried to address the key concepts and in a over simplified way.

Poorna Nanda

He was also the head of many Manuscript Preservation Projects. From the birth, he is studying and practicing the orthodox Vedic practices, and in recent times working on many projects which will enable technology to simplified learning of Vedic Shastras.

    Infact the part of 5 is excellent i would have given 5 stars but ... 7th chapter must be removed as i did not see any relevance to the course and more over it is in Kannada.
